Understandably I was rather aggrieved at this and phoned SJS for advice. I was put through to Dave, their Rohloff specialist, who said that I probably didn\u2019t have the puller locked on tightly enough with the QR skewer, which I\u2019m sure is right. He said \u201cI\u2019ve got the parts available to fix that: send it to me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I did, on Monday afternoon. It cost me \u00a349.50 by parcel force, insured for \u00a31000 on a two day delivery, so they probably didn\u2019t get it until yesterday. The wheel arrived back this morning,\u00a0fixed,\u00a0repaired. The invoice for \u00a30.00 was attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m struggling to think of better service I\u2019ve ever had from any company.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Absolutely wonderful service from SJS Cycles this week.
